• Ordinary and extra-ordinary general meetings preparation, administrative council and board meetings and contractual alterations;
• Registration and update of shareholder books;
• Registration and update of information in the Central Bank (UNICAD); and
• Follow-up, orientation and update regarding the legal and regulatory modifications.
