• Control of foreign participation in Brazilian companies’ capital, including obtaining login and password for the Brazilian Central Bank System, the registration of companies receiving the investment and of investors as well as obtaining the Electronic Declaration Registration number (RDE-ID);
• Registration and Update of:

  • increase or reduction in capital;
  • transfer of shares or partners’ participation amounts;
  • remittance of profits and dividends; and
  • other registrations.
• Registration and update of the economic-financial annual statements based on the balances of 31 of December;
• Registration of the quinquennial census.
